This is the image for the news article titled TXT MSGing @ SRSSalt River Schools uses the SchoolMessenger notification service to send important information to families through phone calls, emails and text messages!

These 'broadcasts' come from the Early Childhood Education Center, Salt River Elementary School, the Accelerated Learning Academy, and our Higher Education program. We send emergency notifications from our Division Administration office.

To receive text messages from Salt River Schools, text "opt-in" to 67587.

Just like with our calls and emails, you will only receive text messages relevant to your child's school and the (few) messages sent from Division Administration, such as emergency notifications.

Please update your child's school with your most current information if you wish to receive text messages.

Please check with your wireless carrier for information about your mobile service plan and any possible charges related to text messaging. Our organization does not reimburse for any charges associated with sending or receiving text messages.

To opt out of all text messages from SchoolMessenger, visit http://www.schoolmessenger.com/txtmsg/ or reply with "STOP" to the opt-in message that you receive. If you opt-in, but later decide to opt-out, simply send "STOP" to 67587. You may also reply "STOP" to any message from our organization.

Please note: A few parents who have already opted in to receive our texts find they are now also receiving text messages from nearby school districts; that's because their mobile numbers are also on file with those districts (for instance, you have a child in attending both districts or used to attend another district). If you do not want the other district to text you, you must remove your number from their records. Replying STOP will remove you from both our district and the other district. (If you want to receive texts from both districts, please know Salt River Schools will always identify our schools - i.e. ECEC, SRES, and ALA - in the texts we send.)

Please call your child's school with any questions, or our Division Administration at 480-362-2500.
